Justin Williams (of Sam & Justin fame) has just taken out the top prize in the Channel Seven reality series BLOW UP AUSTRALIA.
Competing over several weeks against the very best balloon artists in the country, Justin completed several impossible challenges creating masterpieces of balloon art.
