Starring the future of magic

Our Championships are open to anyone aged under 18 years on the day of the competition and are residents of Australia.

If you know a young person who loves performing magic, please invite them along, if not to compete then to encourage and support those who are taking their first steps in this amazing art of ours and to be inspired themselves.

We encourage young magicians to perform a 3-5 minute magic act, and if they dazzle the judges, they could take home a prize!

FIRST PRIZE winner takes home a trophy and a cash prize. Runners up will also receive prizes and a certificate of participation!

To participate you just need to:

1 – Complete the Application Form

2 – Prepare your magic act (3-5 minutes)

3 – Perform your act to the wonderful audience at The Melbourne Magic Festival!

The next Championships will be staged 4pm on Saturday July 4, 2026 at Arrow on Swanston: The Cardini Cabaret. Audience tickets go on sale in June HERE
