Kick off The Melbourne Magic Festival in style at The Laneway Theatre as we introduce a dozen of Melbourne’s finest Magicians in our annual celebration of the art of Close Up Magic.
This two hour show is a Festival fund raiser so each performer will be bringing out their very best magic in an hilarious showcase of world class sleight of hand.
NO PRESALE DISCOUNTS – But there are ONLY 34 seats, two of which will be randomly chosen to be seated at the table with the magicians.

A: The show runs for approximately 120 minutes with an intermission.
A: This is a magic show for all ages, but we recommend 9+ years
A: You must buy your tickets online. You can even use your phone to buy tickets at the door and our staff are happy to assist. It’s as easy as clicking on the BUY NOW button and presenting the ticket your device, or you can print it out in advance if you prefer.
A: The seating is general admission. So arrive early to get the best seats.
A: Please notify us in advance if you require access, as we have an alternate entrance for guests with mobility issues.
A: Yes we do! When a guest buys a regular ticket, if they have a government issued Companion Card they can also purchase this ticket at no charge for their companion to assist them in attending the show. (Please bring your Companion Card to present to the usher before entry).
A: The Laneway Theatre is situated in Northcote near St Georges Road. Full directions are provided at the time of booking to protect the secrecy of the venue.
