Frequently Asked Questions
A: The show runs for approximately 120 minutes with an intermission.
A: The show is suited for ages 9 plus, this is not a children’s magic show. Although there is no profanity or adult themes in the show, it is aimed at a family audience.
But can I bring a 5 or 6 year old?
We get a question similar to this almost every day. In summary it is not recommended. The show goes for 120 minutes, they may have difficulty seeing if they are little and may get restless. Ultimately you know your little one best so this is at your discretion, but we do not recommend children younger than 9 years.
A: You must buy your tickets online. You can even use your phone to buy tickets at the door and our staff are happy to assist. It’s as easy as clicking on the BUY NOW button and presenting the ticket your device, or you can print it out in advance if you prefer.
A: The first three rows are VIP seats labelled with your name, which you can purchase until the allocation is exhausted. The rest of the seating is general admission.
A: Yes the hub is. There are two levels but there is an elevator. Chairs can be moved to accommodate wheelchairs. Let our front of house staff know your requirements when you arrive and we will pre-seat you where possible.
A: Yes we do! When a guest buys a regular ticket, if they have a government issued Companion Card they can also purchase this ticket at no charge for their companion to assist them in attending the show. (Please bring your Companion Card to present to the usher before entry).
