Discover the art of magic!

Step behind the velvet curtain and uncover the mysteries of magic with The Magic Workshop. Once you’ve sworn the magician’s oath, you’ll be let into a world of secrets, and mind-boggling twists and turns! Melbourne magician Lee Cohen leads sessions showcasing a range of magical skills and you’ll even be given a goodie bag of tricks to take home to amaze your family and friends.

Lee is a former President of the Australian Institute of Magic and one of just a handful of professional female magicians around the world.

Please Note: All workshops are for beginners with no prior knowledge or skills required. Tricks taught will be age specific and rotate to enable multiple attendances. Please ensure you are booking for the appropriate age group. Those attending outside of the advertised age group may not be admitted. Accompanying adult free.

Lee Cohen is a second generation magician. She began performing at age 5 and with her studies in music, visual and performing arts she brings elegance to her magical performances.

After assisting her father for a number of years she took the natural progression of performing her own special brand of magic alongside her role as a presenter for television programs.

Lee’s experience extends not only to magic but also to music, acting, hosting, presenting and many areas of production including art direction, make-up & hair design, costume design and prop design.

Lee regularly performs magic as herself, as well as many fun and enchanting characters including Trixy, Kobi the Clown, Alice in wonderland and in her newest show as a Magical Fairy – catch it at the Festival on Sunday July 9!

Lee is also known for performing with her best Rabbit friend, Norman E. Normous (professional magic bunny) and a host of furry and feathered friends.
