One of the questions a lot of people have on their mind when attending shows such as these, is always “Is this just going to be a home-party show on a big stage?”. I got my answer loud and clear with today’s Kikkii the Klown performance. The music was fantastic, entertaining and enjoyable even for an older audience. The show, whilst not without some minor faults, was educational and confidence-building as well as bright and engaging. But best of all was Kikkii’s own personal performance. It was obvious in seeing this show that Kikkii is a seasoned performer, and like the world’s best mimes (though there was no miming in this show at all) Kikkii’s facial expressions were captivating, gentle and funny. Perfect for 3-8 year olds (and 8 – 80 will enjoy this too).
