RECHARGE Scheme
The RECHARGE scheme is a MetroAccess Initiative in partnership with local businesses and Mobility Aids Australia Pty Ltd. The RECHARGE Scheme is an ongoing scheme being implemented throughout the state of Victoria. The RECHARGE scheme is a simple and effective means of ensuring that people who use an electric scooter or wheelchair can travel without the fear of being stranded by a flat battery.
It’s about encouraging local businesses to provide a power point
so customers can recharge their battery at their business, if required.Northcote Town Hall is able to provide patrons with these facilities. Please ask at reception for assistance. To locate your nearest RECHARGE point you can log onto the RECHARGE FINDER website www.rechargescheme.org.au or contact your Darebin MetroAccess Officer, contact details listed on the back of the Darebin Recharge Brochure.
If you have an onboard charger, this means you already have your charger with you and can recharge at any business affiliated with the RECHARGE Scheme. If you have a separate charger, you need to remember to take it with you
Companion Card
We accept the companion card. The Companion Card is for people with a significant permanent disability, who always need a companion to provide attendant care type support in order to participate at most available community venues and activities. Please notify Box Office when you book your tickets that you have a companion card. For more information see the Companion Card Website.
I was looking at buying tickets for Once upon a Time at 11am on Monday July 11th and wish to buy 5 concession tickets and have 5 carers attend. They will have companion cards. I just wanted to know if it was possible to still buy tickets online or if we need to buy them at the venue.
Many thanks.

Best to call the booking office on 9481 9500 for that. They handle the Companion Cards – might be worth mentioning to them to set up the site to accept Companion Card bookings. (I think they overlooked that!)
You could turn up on the day, but there will be no guarantee of seating availability. Sometimes shows get sold out very quickly, and this is a popular show.
