Applications are now open for the 2019 Australian Junior Championships of Magic!
If you think you have what it takes to take the title, why not enter as a participant! Both Stage and Close Up are open to any Australian magician under 18 who can present a 3-5 minute close up or stage routine.
Simply fill out the entry form HERE and your family will be contacted by the producers to chat, and potentially offer you a place in the championships.
All competing participants join in a skill, production and performance workshop the day preceding the Championships.
Not sure if you’re ready?
Come to our information day and workshop on Saturday 23 March at Arts Centre Melbourne. Here you can meet the producers and chat about how to turn some cool tricks into a routine – all with plenty of time to practice before the big day. Need to travel?
Let us know if you will need to travel from outside Victoria. Arts Centre Melbourne has a limited ability to help with travel costs.
All entries will be reviewed by the Australian Institute of Magic, and successful applicants will be advised on the next steps.
Applications will be reviewed in the order received. Once all places are filled no further applications will be considered. So APPLY EARLY!
