Accessibility

The Melbourne Magic Festival is all about being inclusive and welcoming so we want to make sure everyone can get involved with our program.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

Wheelchair bookings can be made for performances in all hub venues. We are able to clear a space for patrons to stay in their chair and we are also happy to reserve a space next to this for any companions or friends attending the performance. As we need to pass this information on to our venue manager, please fill out this form with the details of the performance you are attending.

Please note that the permanent booths in the Spiegeltent require patrons to step up one step to the seating.

ACCESS ASSISTANCE

If you have any other access requirements please fill out this form and we will contact you if we require further details.

If you have any questions please contact Circus Oz on (03) 9676 0300 (Mon – Fri 10am – 6pm).

Accessible Drop Off Point at the Melba Spiegeltent Hub

An accessible drop off point is available in front of The Melba Spiegeltent at 35 Johnston St, Collingwood.  This is the best place to access the event if you have limited mobility and coming by car. There is however no provision for accessible parking at this site, for a full list of accessible parking please refer to Parkopedia.

Companion Card

Companion Card holders are entitled to concession priced tickets and a complimentary ticket for their companion. The Melbourne Magic Festival is pleased that Companion Card tickets are once again available for all Hub events in the 2019 Festival.
